Alhumdulilahi may Allah bless you, please I need some wisdom on dealing with a young girl ( daughter) whom mother has apostated and I don't even talk to because of her mother's anger. I am worried what can I do I have never heared of a scenario like it.
Because it's filthy money it shouldn't be given to something noble. You should give it for general services like buying toilet paper, buying salt for the roads, etc. That kind of money shouldn't be used to buy Qurans or buying a masjid part.

Yes sir but the mother could care less about my rights. And it puts my daughter in a tough place I guess she's alive trying to avoid there ridicule

Why can't we discard away the money as charity, and how else can one discard that money without giving it away as charity?
