I'm due any day now with our first and am having a home birth with midwife, a doula, and her apprentice! It has been the most enriching, relaxing experience compared to what my friends are going through. No scare tactics, minimal tests, and I feel like I'm so prepared and excited for this next step!
I'm a 10+ years vegan, mother of two kids under 6 years old. Both of my child are born home. The first one with my boyfriend, my doula and a midwife (12h birth, super experience) for the second I choose to go for a freebirth, only with my boyfriend and my doula. This birth was AMAZING the most incredible, powerfull, blessing experience! I give birth in 1h45 😂. Undistube, with love and fully trust on my body, my baby and life itself! That birth totaly change my life.
This is starting to become the new normal so many people I know have been doing this over the last handful of years and I thinks it’s beautiful and amazing. ❤
Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your videos & how much they inspire me!! Been eating planted based since 17, I’m 26 now. Love this lifestyle! Congrats on your beautiful family❤
I hope you do what is best for you! It’s tough to balance everyone’s input and influence on your decision. I’ve watched your other birth videos and the reasons you used hospital birth centers totally made sense and it helped me to decide to stick with hospital. It made sense for me to have the backup medical team in case of an emergency and I am so lucky I made that decision. I was lucky to find a hospital that had a birth center and tubs, am very healthy and active, but in the moment, after 12 hours of labor my baby’s heart rate dropped so low and he needed to be vacuum assisted. We would not have had the time to drive to the hospital to deliver him after discovering that his heart rate was going so slow (he was likely stuck squishing his cord). I know you won’t have the same experience as me but I just want to let you know how the reasoning you previously used helped me make my decision and I was very lucky to be at the hospital in the end.
I’m 21 weeks! Cant say I have healthy pregnancies though 🙁 Sick and exhausted the whole time… but I have quick deliveries and feel great postpartum at least!
I was probably 80% plant based and got pregnant the first time every time 🥰 (first, sadly was a miscarriage at 7 1/2 weeks 😢 which miscarried naturally at home) but next two were our beautiful boys-6 and 9 now 💚💚 (done having kiddos, fill complete) and had all natural home water 💦 births 🏡 amazing! Highly recommend Mama 👍 breast fed till 2 yrs 7 months and 2 yrs 9 months 🤱
I would love for you to do a video on how to rest. So much of your content is on eating (and some moving) but I'd love to see some on resting. How can we rest consciously? How can we make the most of our time to rest? What are good ways to rest?
Hi Erin, random and off topic, but what color paint are your bedroom walls? We are renovating our home and currently trying to decide on the perfect shade of white!
Pills/vitamins are just calcification. Can get all b vitamins in local, bee pollen. Can get a lot of minerals in sea moss or barley grass juice powder. No need to fear ❤
I love eating a healthy vegan diet, but every time I try to eat vegan I develop severe insomnia the very first night, and the longer I stay on it, the more sleep deprived I get.🤕🤧

3 kids?! Bring it on 😊
😅🙏
You should try the book supernatural childbirth by Jackie mize. I had a pain free birth after following what it said.
Thanks for the recommendation, will do!
My 2 were home births. One is now 48, the other 42. Easy, normal.
Nice!
Hey Erin!
Love your videos
Just out of curiosity... About the Herbal face food...do they charge you for the products for you to try ?
What were the supplements you used for hormone balance to get periods back on track?
I also think there’s more to it than iron, most iron pills are inorganic and isolated
There is definitely more…many minerals and other nutrients to consider…
Love rebounding and happy you found a good midwife you like
Thank you!
do you rebound while pregnant?
