- Hi friends today I am going to show How to make roti dough maker machine at home. It is very useful for all type of dough like roti ,puri ,chapati etc.
The material I have used are
1. 250 watt gear motor
2. 12v ,10A dc power supply
3. Kitchen sauce Pan
4. Wood , steel rod etc

Pan should be attached with strong magnet instead with screws

The sauce pan should have been removable for washing. Otherwise a lot of bacteria will develop and cause health problems. So also the iron rod should be removable for washing.

Please add modifications to remove bowl and blade for cleaning. It can then be used for cake batter, as well churning cream, and replace expensive kitchen gadgets!

Standard home does not have machines used it the job. Title should be changed. Only an expert technician can do it with expensive tools. High quality dough makers are available in market at one third price. Bigxen dough maker costs 1519rupees at flipkart. Video has academic value but not practical utility.
Such project should be adopted by the unemployed young children, to supply on a national and international basis to earn their living.
They used to have woodshops in high school, not anymore

Nicely done. Might be better to screw a metal plate onto the base and weld the bowl to the plate so that you don't have to screw through the bowl. Stress on the bowl will eventually fatigue the screw holes. Plus you don't want the screws in contact with the dough.

You could weld or even glue some stainless little pieces on the outside of the bowl, and carve their shape in the woods, to avoid using screws.

Three more points can improve the performance of this excellent product...
1. Detachable bowl method for easy cleaning.
2. Multy Size of the bowl should be kept it an option in the same machine...
3. According to the bowl size, you can consider the matching rotate rod size. And it should be detachable.

@creative team, It would be good if Dough maker and roti maker can run through one electric motor, design should be both work can be done from one machine. it will reduce the cost and increase the acceptance of this machine.
It will better if the pan is secured/clamped from outside by making a circular pocket in the base of wooden stand. This will ease up the cleaning/ washing of pan and to get rid of flour in slot of screws
Really appreciate your work, the only thing is you need to make utensil removable as well as the motor portion must have a lifting option and it should be 90 degrees instead of tilted.

Putting it at an angle does help bring up the ingredients from the bottom of the bowl into the body of the dough quickly

You can use ceiling fan motor with regulator for both roti maker and dough maker with a spare Sproket attachment on the side

You can use foodgrade stainless steel when you are making yours. I mean does that make any difference in his skill? NO and he is not selling the product!
Good DIY except I find screwing the bowl with those screws which can rust and over time, build up residue wet flour, perhaps do it a little different.
How will you wash the container if you bolted it to the device?

Very nice, but I noticed only one drawback and that is the dough pot and hook both should be removable to wash them after every use, otherwise good wook 👍

As a baker, the effort is appreciated but the mixer is so impractical to use. It's not hygienic as the bowl is screwed firmly to the base and the mixer head can't be lifted out of it's place to be cleaned. Nice try though.

You can not make a roti dough just by spinning it like a grinder . Its fake ready made dough was placed in the bowl see the beginning of video it could not be possible
