They should buff those classes that rely on 2nd specialization skills. Like wtf? Most of the skills are fillers and they dont do damage at all. Just to fill the rotation until the "most damaging" skill cooled down.
using mist step has a debuff it might be the debuff on the boss is almost worn out that's why he/she used it or maybe filler i haven't watched the vid yet.

You judged that the user doesn't know the rotation, pls analyze first, there are main skills in cooldown, cant fill up thr gauge, so BD has idle action as well
