I believe you get vibes when you walk into a house or any building, if you feel light straight away that is good. I walk straight out of anywhere that feels like it is pressing down on me if any of that makes sense 🤷🏼♀️

I don't know if you are home when the viewings are done. When we were selling our house we were advised to leave the house(I was a bit miffed) but the day we did that person bought our house!
I hardly have any photos around the house. How rude for someone to say that. Was happy to see this today x

You were absolutely right about the toothbrushes. We were told to put them away for viewings along with dressing gowns hanging behind the bedroom door and any cleaning products that might me lying out in the kitchen or bathroom including washing up liquid. Made everything impersonal but apparently that's what sells houses.
I felt really weird when you showed the house pictures. My chest went really tight and I felt really uncomfortable. No idea why as I know nothing about the history of the house!!

Love your vlogs! Aw Toni, I think it's true that you get a 'feeling' when you see a house. Trust your instincts ( which I think you are good at) and you will know when 'it's the one'. I agree about the toothbrushes- wouldn't want them on view but to be honest, ours aren't on view. We have a cabinet in the bathroom with three shelves ( one each for me, hubby and our son) with our own stuff on each shelf and our toothbrush and toothpaste. I watched Kim & Aggie once who mentioned that when you flush your toilet - residue 'floats' in the air and it knocked me sick so now I don't leave anything out lol. Plus my mum always said a bathroom should be clear and 'speak' not 'shout' with belongings. 🤷♀️ Whatever that means. I also understand your reasoning behind personal photos, so ignore what anyone says. You can't win sometimes can you? Your house is gorgeous Toni, but I bet you can't wait to do up another one. Haven't had Scouse for ages... lol. Makes me want that now but Colin's doing our roast dinner for today 😄 Take care & have a good week x

We viewed a house once and both me and my husband felt there were someone watching us and my husband isn’t woo at all! Energy is so underrated I don’t think we understand how energy works.
You're right, if the prospective buyer isn't excited enough to keep to time don't bend over backwards for them. Took us 4 months to sell our property, all the best with yours.
I always keep the toothbrushes out the bathroom, don't like them being where people could do a poo. Your wax melts are amazing by the way, we had a delivery driver come the the other day and he he said your house smells great is that a Yankee candle and I said no it's a toni interior

Lovely vlog, this happened a while bk when my mum was still alive she went with my aunty to view properties after leaving her husband they got to one and has they pulled up in car our dog was going ballistic in the car as soon as they walked in they had a feeling but they both couldn't put there finger on in and in the bk room my aunty had huge to be sick they decided to leave, few weeks later they decided to give it another look just to make sure they weren't feeling off that day as she loved the area same again as they was leaving the neighbour came out and said there was a house fire and 5 children bless them passed away in the bk bedroom where my aunty wanted to be sick needless to say she never went bk it's funny how our senses work 💞 and you will get there 💞

Toni you re right to move stuff/Toothbrushes. Ive just moved and I did the same. you would not want to view a house with stuff still out like tooth brushes and personal stuff like that . our estate agent said the same. Hi Toni you got me laughing about the toothbrushes , selling your home here in Toronto is very different from the UK ....here they have open houses which means the house will be open to anyone to view from said times 10 to 4 usually ....you can be anyone walking past see the For Sale sign & walk in & walk all over without the estate agent who is there for any info needed you won't see any personal family pics as they're all taken from view so that the buyer can only envision themselves living in that house , also the sellers are not allowed to be on the property during any kind of viewing . It's interesting the approaches each country has . Thanks for a lovely video Toni ...

I know you don't believe in it but I think maybe that was your dad's way of saying nope, this isn't the home for you. I'm from South Wales and love living here but don't appreciate the beautiful surroundings we have living in the national parks. Good luck on the hunt for your perfect home and get doing the lottery 🤞 then you could buy that home. X
