To answer Keren’s question; we’re a family with 10 kids and we’ve always eaten our dinner together as a family but we’re also sitting down eating the same meal. I say do you and what works best for you and your family peace ✌️ ☺️
Also a time when you can start to teach table etiquette little at a time. Good to start at a young age. We all ate at the table together and interacted. Kids asked to be excused when they were done eating. Even the 2 to 3 year old could say it. Was so cute !!

We used to eat with our kids but we'd also end up hangry lol. Now we use the Flight attendant oxygen mask rule. So we feed ourselves and then feed the kids. Besides my picky eaters usually refuse to eat anyway. 😂🤷🏽♀️
We have 6 kids.. ages 2 to 13. We eat at the table together as a family every night. No electronics at the table. It’s the only time all 8 of us are together. We’re always running around, work and activities and appointments. Family dinner is important ❤️
i absolutely love how talkative khoa is!! normally it bothers people when someone talks too much but i love how he is so open and shares things that he loves and cares about.
We eat together, even our 6 month old eats with us. Our rule is no tv, no phones, no playing around. Mom and dad eat and the kids feed themselves. If one of the kids aren’t hungry they still need to sit at the table until everyone is done eating as a family! I feel like everyone is so busy in this day and age that most conversations will happen at the dinner table.

i get what ur saying about less stress when you eat separately, but recent reports have shown that eating with your children and family dinner time without any electronics that focuses on one-on-one interaction and discussion is actually really valuable for a child's development and growth as well as for their mental health.
We eat with our kids (1yr. 3yr.4yr) our middles child has sensory eating issues so we have been advised to eat as a family so all our kids can establish good eating habits and learn from watching everyone else eat.
My boys are the same years apart as yours. And we’ve always eaten with our kids. But then again no electronics are allowed on the table. And we all sat on the table we didn’t let them eat wherever they wanted or play around. Now they are older and one thing that has not changed is all of us getting together and eating dinner talking about our day.

As a second generation Asian-Canadian , all wedding invitations are given in person by the parents or bride and groom themselves! They would also bring some fruits or treats along with the invitation when visiting those they want to invite 😊

My three are young adults now but when they were the ages of yours we would all eat at the same time sitting at one table together, this was before iPads and iPhones.
I'm an only child and when I was younger we always ate together. It was such a nice moment for me. Once I went to camp and was so homesick at dinner, because it reminded me of not eating with my parents at that moment. Now I'm older and living on my own, I still loooove to have dinner with my parents! Just some quality time with the fam. Love the vlog again, even when it's a little chaotic!
