I get you’re trying to help people but if you’re making a video with a “probably” fake bottle that means you’re unsure if it’s authentic- you shouldn’t have made this video without 1000% knowing what you’re talking about. First, you should be indoors. We can’t see the “authentic box” because of the glare. The “probably” fake isn’t fake, it is authentic it just had an updated label. There are hundreds of photos with absolutely authentic bottles of different PdM fragrances with the name now on the bottom label. Also, none of those bottles will look 100% identical. Thickness of the “debossed” not engraved -name “Parfums de Marly Paris” will vary. Sometimes the paint pools slightly giving a bubbly appearance. All you’ve done is make people with authentic bottles believe theirs might be a fake. Fakes aren’t that good! I’ve never seen a fake that wasn’t obvious! The color will be way off, the smell will be very faint, it won’t feel as heavy as it should, the cap will probably be plastic instead of metal. The tassles will be fluffy and look trashed. None of this teeny, tiny, squint to see them differences.
Probably, the longevity of the perfume must also be taken into account. Delina and Delina Exclusif will last more than 24 hours on the skin, if it is fake, it could contain a much cheaper formula that you would stop smelling after hours.
Yes, the smell on one of them was very fleeting. But besides that, longevity can vary from person to person and even on the same wearer from day to day. The authentic Delina doesn't last anywhere near 24 hours on me, for example.

It says on their website both addresses and legitimate. But the codes can be taken from legitimate pack and reprinted and stickered on fake ones. So checking the code doesn't prove anything unfortunately.
Exactly, that's why I made this side by side comparison. It would be really difficult to notice fakes by looking at them alone. Unfortunately, those counterfeit producers are getting more and more savvy.

@@ortakarm So the owner of a well known perfume store I took it to to take a look didn't want to smell it but from looking at it he said "it looks fine but it's really hard to tell nowadays". So I still returned it. It could be that my bottle for some reason has a higher concentration of rhubarb and the bottle is imperfect but real but I think if in doubt it's usually better to return it.
I know this is months later, but I just received a fake bottle of Delina. However, I would like to state that the sticker on the bottom having “delina parfums de marly” is correct. Might be a new bottle thing but all my other PDMs have the name plus PDM after, (I.e. sedley parfums de marly) and other unboxing videos show that it says delina (except the 2016 unboxings). I own a couple of PDM (bought from retailers and discounters) and they check out all the authentic qualities and have valid 6 digit batch codes. Not like the fake 7 digit delina I received today.
What about the “invader” (little French pixel guy) sticker on the bottom of the box??? I briefly saw the PDM Real one had one on the bottom of the box. Do the fakes have it too???

My Delina should be original (its from a lokal highend perfumery) and at the back the sign is inconsistent... and at the bottom stands "Delina"... now i am afraid of having a fake.
It could be real or not. It's really hard to say when buying from resellers if it's unknown whether they're the 3rd party seller, whether they got it from PDM directly, or another distributor. It's tricky because counterfeits are more often than not almost identical to the real deal nowadays. Good question! They weigh the same to me. If there's a difference in weight it is unnoticeable. The pink glass crystal in the fake one is just a bit misaligned and not quite in the center but it's not very noticeable. Also, there's a small gap around the crystal and the metal cap but unless you know what it's supposed to look like you wouldn't know. Thank you for watching!
It doesn't have to be. I would imagine that counterfeit manufacturers copy legitimate numbers. Still, I'd say a missing batch code is more of concern than a registered one. As long as you feel that it has no other fishy indicators (smell, font, quality & workmanship of the bottle/box) it's probably authentic.

Some additional research may be required here, I had the same question because my Delina had the “wrong” address however read somewhere that both addresses are correct, PDM had moved offices some time ago. So depending on the age of the product it may have either address.
This video is so annoying I could not finish it. The struggle with the celofan for 1/3 of the video is nerve wrecking. Also most of the time I cant even see what you are talking about as due to the sunlight and the bottles too far n9rhing is readable what you are talking about.
Again, sorry about this late response. Thank you for mentioning the price - I forgot to mention that in this video as one of many indicators that it's a fake. The one on the far right which is very obviously fake was around $160 which is about $60 under the current online retailer price. So the price wasn't a red flag in my case. On the site you mentioned you always have a money back guarantee. Just make sure to submit good photos preferably with closeups and a good explanation for why you think it's a counterfeit. Good luck!
You left out the best way to spot a counterfeit! The best way to tell if a bottle is fake assuming the boxes and bottles look similar is to pull off the spray cap, and compare the entire atomizer assembly to a bottle purchased from an authorized seller. The inner ring and the spray nozzle almost always give it away. That's one of the hardest things to counterfeit. Sometimes the atomizers are proprietary and if the bottles have similar batch dates, the spray nozzle tip and the inner ring usually are different. Some inner rings are plastic and some are metal. They also have different indentations

You should also takenin consideration that companies change designs. Amouage for example changed their bottles in 2020 and the boxes in 2023
