Thanks for featuring my card Dragon Bloon 6:41. I enjoyed brainstorming the possible cards for this game. It’s still in it’s beginnings, but I’m excited to see where the game goes.
This was super super fun and I'm so glad to see that one of my cards made it in! Card dealer was really fun to make. From the beginning, I knew I wanted to make something unique that wasn't in btd6 yet. I started thinking what would fit in a card game and naturally my mind went to casinos and black jack. I started thinking "what if I create a monkey that cheats? One that just throws out cards you don't want to deal damage to the bloons?". This naturally introduced a discard mechanic into the game and became a monkey that uses cards as a resource instead of reloading over time. The hardest part was probably the balance. But since having multiple card dealer would be useless, it became a unique monkey and ended up having to do lots of damage to ever be worth running. I'm really glad to see you liked my idea, even if it is a bit out there.
The Chosen is hilarious and fun! You got some great submissions overall. I like the cards that permanently increase a monkey's ammo - that's a clever mechanic.
Maybe a hero contest would be nice for the future, if you’re planning something like that again. You could make heroes more unique, with own abilities and own power cards
Honestly, having the bunny as a Geraldo exclusive "Monkey" would be a really funny and fitting tower for him. after all, it takes vital space for other monkeys, but if you manage to get them all, the sheer power of the merged monkey would give you great defensive value.
I was the other hero exclusive balloon. I put in the Purple Balloon, a 4 cost 2 copy 150HP 1 delay bloon with the effect "Can only take damage from attacks." Also made Neat Goggles, which made the honorable mentions section. A bit of a shame Spike Factory didn't get a spot, but 2/3 ain't bad. Edit: Oh yeah, they each had associated text, and I love the one for Purple Balloon. "My one weakness! Dying! How did you know!?"
@goatnoodles9162 It does reload normally, actually. At the end of its first turn, it has the immediate combat value of a tack shooter, but loads an extra ammo every turn and takes only 1 turn to get back to 2 ammo after burning it all.
funnily enough, i've just found out today that there's someone making a LoRA for the mermonkey. i never thought someone would be interested training bloons things.
Ultimate greed is way unbalanced, dude. At least add a clause that there has to be a bloon to reduce the delay of, otherwise it's five cash drops for free.
Oh I was quite confident that my cute little bunny would make it to the top 3 but I gotta say, I loved the other ideas there, definitely fair ranking. Was pretty fun making these cards, almost got the 3/3 :( guess I could have gone more wild with the power but I wanted to have at least one reasonable card xD

Apparently you advertised them in your videos but I must've missed the ones that had those harpoon monkey :D love that submission there's something uncanny about the cloning bloon image... love to see the greed ooo the hex card art is nice, pretty accurate to the style polymorph would be wild for the lore 11:23 roped bloon also looks very official but like, buddy... i was subtle with the cloning bloon image but what is ai generated imagery doing in the art shoutouts. really? remind me to not put effort into art if i enter one of your future competitions it's clearly not worth the effort with judging like this, hugely sours the entire video really
I think the suprise gift card would have a really good synergy with the oybn druid of vengeance strat you made not to long ago, letting you leak 5 bloons and stack up druid damage.

About the Obyn deck you played that came from my comment, since you are not playing either nature's clarity or the marketplace I think you might as well swap Obyn for Amelia. She's even better at mana cheating and her passive is very good with double bloons. Also you can play the prestige if you're feeling a bit adventurous. Oh and her pick a card power should work well in this list
Ultimate greed seems busted to me. If there’s no enemy bloons on the board, it is 0 gold gain 5 gold. Maybe make it only playable if the enemy has a bloon?
harpoon is broken, they play a rainbow, for 5 gold u change it last second dealing 300 to your oponent, a 700 damage turn around for 5 gold HOW IS THAT BALANCED ESPECIALLY WITH PINKS

Let me guess spike factory gains 1 ammo every turn, doesn't reload normally, cannot attack, has defender.
