Soap first and rinse with cups of water but gently. They are fragile. Above all keep them warm even if you live in a hot climate. Kittens so young cannot regulate their body temperature. They could die of cold easily.

I lather them all over in Selsun blue dandruff shampoo and use a heavy scrub brush on them to ensure no fleas survive. Then I hold the kittens under the faucet at full blast to rinse them off, and none of them have died yet. They tremble constantly, but they're still very much alive, you bet'cha. 👍 So, you see, your hypothermia theory has long since been debunked. ✌️
