Please help me, I have only been working as a SOC Analyst for about 6 months now, and I want to increase my portfolio, should I take sec+ or cysa+? because I heard that cysa+ covers more material for SOC but sec+ is more famous than cysa+
Generally Sec+ is taken before CysA+. Sec+ is an entry level to cybersecurity, CysA+ presumes you have at least a year or so of experience in the field. Review the objective outlines for Sec+ and if you are certain that you know it pretty well, you can just move on to CysA+.
