Hello thank you sir for your short and sweet explanation😊 You should use word equipment instead of equipments as equipment is already a plural noun Thank you
It is mentioned in the explanation that the flow of electrons from anode to cathode, which is wrong. The flow of electrons take place from cathode to anode.
I run an ecm at work and the anodes will start to leave a burn mark on the parts and the anode itself will have a black surface finish. Can you tell me what causes that and is it possible to prevent it?
I have a desktop power supply. I only run 7.5A , ive heard pushing more could hurt it. Can i run 2 types of power supplies instead of 1 to decrease cut times?
Not upto mark.....improve yourself....I m not satisfied with this ....and yes listen to those who criticize you ...they will point out your mistakes ...work hard bro...
40.000 Amperes ?? are you sure? At 25V that would be 1.000.000 W of power. Unless the machine comes with its own nuclear power plant you might be a couple of orders of magnitude off.
Im hear for a chemistry project... and this video saved my life

Hii sir that video i larn many lot of thins 👌👌😊
My quary is, why We say ECM is non - treditional mechining process
Because mere bhai . Ye process har koi nahi kar sakta.. ! Traditional nahi he na..
@@EngineersAcademy9204 or non convention mechining kiyu kehtehee??
@@EngineersAcademy9204 please reply
Non conventional non traditional ek hi hota he.. !
brother please upload a video on chemical maching, etchents, types of maskants plzzz
Hi sir,
What is electrochemical etching process
great explaination 👌👌👌
Thanks
Sir what is blind holes which is not generated by ECM
Good job
Good explanation bro
A great way to explaining
it's a very root level class.
I want to know more about these processes. Can you suggest a good material for me to study from?
Pls upload this video in hindi language too so hindi medium students also learn with ease
At 7:37 you write (+) >>>> Tool and (-) >>>> Work piece?
explanation was good, but didnt go as was planed at the start of video, half of the process explanation was at start, half at the end
