    How many task do you normally write for the day? Also, what if you are physically weak I find myself getting weary throughout the day could that be spiritual warfare?

      I would recommend taking the vitamin supplements and eating a healthy balance meal and implementing prayer not just in the morning but through out your day. My days look different depending on what I need to get done.
