Like idols do it at a joke they are never srs with it, and it’s only really the proper uhhh like sasaengs or people that only love the idols and not there actual work/art that care for it. KOZ reshuffled staff and board members mid last year due to lacking financial performance (right before/around BND debuted). KOZ was founded in 2019 by Zico, acquired by HYBE (Big Hit at the time) in 2020. Sorry for the essay lol I just love the business side of kpop

Not bcuz of financial prob etc. but from BSH side, Zico is not ready to manage his own label. AND the members of BND also were chosen from open audition, not like others say he got the members from labels itself. After he joined Hybe, he need to resign from CEO position, even KOZ's manager & staffs were changed this year. KOZ first artist Dvwn also left KOZ since his contract ended. Seem like hybe trying control KOZ. That's why for us who follow from the start will forever say Zico is CEO of KOZ.
