We work 3rd shift and I just stumbled upon this one day looking for rain sounds and this sounds exactly like a fan and my fiance likes to play the game before lying down so my real fan doesn't really cut it when there's noise in the background, this is so nice to use when I put my headphones in it instantly makes me sleepy and put me down and keeps me asleep. That's hard to do because I'm such a light sleeper. Thank you to whoever's idea this was.
Parents put me in my own room with a fan when they brought me home from the hospital 38 years ago......I can't sleep without white noise. My teenage son as well. If the power goes out and fan goes off we are awake like an earthquake happened! This is turning out to be better than a fan!!!!!!!!!! WE both love it. Thank you so much!
God, when I told people that I find peace in these sounds, they looked at me with weird eyes. First, I found out that I can sleep so good when someone starts a hair dryer. I told myself "Maybe that's because of the background noise when a baby is in the mother's womb". Then rain, fan, plane cabin interior, anything relevant with white noises would let me sleep more peacefully. Also this one is going among my favourites. May peaceful nights wrap us, my fellow white noise sleepers.
my school has a charter bus and we use it for far away games and the sound of the bus puts me to sleep every time and this is the only thing that comes close to that sound and i love it👍🏻
Started off with a fan in my bedroom which broke and this is the next best thing... peaceful sleep for myself and my 2 month old. So peaceful and relaxing 😌

This works. I like a mix of low and high harmonics in nechanicsl white noise. Sone recordings have very high Whistliing, beeping or shrill sounds n thr upper frequencies which is more anooying than restful. The high end on this recording a soothing mechanical echo that paints a 3D soubdscape and lulls to sleep. Keep up the good work. This eorks awesone with externsl speaker.
Thanks for this! I usually sleep with a fan and I was out of town at a newer style hotel where they try to make their AC/Heater as quiet as possible, and I played this from my laptop! I can't sleep without a good fan white noise, and this helped me so much. Cheers!

I had heard somewhere that white noise like this fan sound helps tinnitus sufferers. I thought I would try it when I have contractions in my ears that absolutely drive me crazy. I have no idea what sets it off but I usually have to wait for it to stop or blast music in my ears with ear buds until it stops. The very first time I tried this the contractions stopped! I was absolutely amazed and so happy I found this video. Thank you!
I use a real fan and this while my room is always hot. It feels like im on the beach with a breeze blowing on me while under the hot sun and listening to waves 🤤😍

This is legit the only one I can sleep with, I have severe ADHD so any noise, no matter how quiet it is, will not allow me to sleep. Some of these have a light crackle in the audio which keeps me awake, but so far, this one has been the best and puts me out like a light.

Just came to say I LOVE THIS, thank you so much!!! I am very sensitive to sound, and I have this on at night (with earplugs) when I sleep, and during the day at work I listen to this on my headphones when I really need to concentrate.
I work in an annoying/loud environment (mainly the music my co-workers listen to). Almost all the 10-hour fan videos I've found do not cover all the bases (Brown Noise); but this video is the closest to true White Noise I've found yet. It blocks all the low and high frequencies so that I'm wrapped in a calm bubble of wind blowing without having to blare my speakers. Whoever made this sound file knew what they were doing. I love dan sounds because my mum started sleeping with the fan on every night since I was born and after that. I have always slept in her bed with the fan on, so I just adapted to hearing a fan before I go to sleep
I've been known to go the full 10 hours on another one..It fades out slowly at the end, I stir, coming back to Conciousness, and within Seconds to a couple of minutes, the Alarm goes off...
I have severe tinnitus and this is the only sound that dulls it enough to let me sleep so I get the benefit of fan sound but don't need to freeze when its below zero out. TY!!

every time I go to sleep at my grandmas house the first thing I do is steal the biggest fan in the house drag it into the bedroom and plug it in turn it all the way to 5 and get as convertible as I can ...later I will still be sleep at 12:00 and the others would have already be eating breakfast I would be the last one to eat breakfast ....my grandma knows I would be last so she would save an egg and sausage or two for me..Haha funny.....

My problem is loud constant noise. Everyday for five years I have had musical ear syndrome..as I was beginning to conquer that, I began to have fan sounds...water rushing sounds...UNBELIEVABLE and UN BEARABLE NOISE....LOUD VERY LOUD..HARD TO EXPLAIN..was fitted with double hearing aids six months ago..no help...this is not in my Ears..it is in the atmosphere...and surrounds me and wont stop...very frightening....honest this is not a joke. Have seen five drs and no help. Brain scans.. MRI...Nothing comes up to. Help me..any suggestions? ???? Thank you

Why? Because you are strong. You re brave. You are great. You are awesome. Everything happens for a reason and that's what everyone says, and how we wish we knew that reason. But even if we don't we still need to fight. Because everyday is new. Everyday has a lot of things to offer. Just keep on fighting and someday you will find the reason behind all of your suffering. Someday you will find yourself smiling and laughing. Someday will come and it will all be healed. I am no expert in giving advices to people, but we just need to be transparent to see peoples emotions, and so we can understand them. Stay strong. I know you can get through all of this. every time I go to sleep at my grandmas house the first thing I do is steal the biggest fan in the house drag it into the bedroom and plug it in turn it all the way to 5 and get as convertible as I can ...later I will still be sleep at 12:00 and the others would have already be eating breakfast I would be the last one to eat breakfast ....my grandma knows I would be last so she would save an egg and sausage or two for me..Haha funny.....

My problem is loud constant noise. Everyday for five years I have had musical ear syndrome..as I was beginning to conquer that, I began to have fan sounds...water rushing sounds...UNBELIEVABLE and UN BEARABLE NOISE....LOUD VERY LOUD..HARD TO EXPLAIN..was fitted with double hearing aids six months ago..no help...this is not in my
Ears..it is in the atmosphere...and surrounds me and wont stop...very frightening....honest this is not a joke. Have seen five drs and no help. Brain scans.. MRI...Nothing comes up to. Help me..any suggestions? ???? Thank you
