Why aren't there any regular permanent cleaners that could remove the garbage and floating plastic materials on a daily basis. ?? Individual cleaners could be tasked with cleaning a particular section of the lake which could be checked and overseen by a supervisor. A Small waterborne cleaning team using small dinghies could be set up to remove floating plastic debis from the water.. This will stop plastic garbage from accumulating into unsightly large dense piles and linit pollution of water and surrounding environment. Its not that difficult of a task to maintain a clean environment within this lake. The only thiing lacking is proper management, regular monitoring, accountability and the will power of the authorities responsible for maintenance of the parks and lakes. !!
