This video is a raw unedited video showing the basic design concept for our Exo-Skeleton Controlled Environment room typically used for Commercial Coolers. This structure must support he weight of the Insulated Metal Panel Ceilings, panel weight is est. @ 2.54 PSF for a 20 x 50 room the est. total dead load is 2,540 lbs. The ceiling will be non-accessible rated @ 10 PSF (Kingspan QuadCore® KS 42 - 4" Panels).
