Would strongly urge the LEAC team to file these objections on behalf of PG aspirants, just like LE does for the UG students. The fee of Rs. 1000/objection is too hefty to be borne by us -- given the large number of doubtful answers (8-10), it would mean a heavy burden. While some students may be equipped to file a few objections, not all necessary ones would reach the Consortium. It would be great to see the LEAC team and teachers stand with the students in these circumstances. Thank you!
@@LegalEdgeAfterCollege Thank you very much! In addition to the Qns you've mentioned in the video: 1. "Assignability of Contract" -- Answer given is (a), while it has to be (c) -- sections 130-137 do not even address assignability. 2. "Bailment" -- Option (a) that says "iv" must be correct -- taking gold loan from a bank does not constitute bailment, rather a pledge. 3. "Sampath Kumar v L Chandra Kumar" -- Option (c) must be correct. The following was held in Sampath Kumar: "It is, however, within the competence of Parliament to amend the Constitution so as to substitute in place of the High Court another alternative institutional mechanism or arrangement for judicial review without in any way violating the basic structure doctrine, provided it is no less efficacious than the High Court."
Ma'am for Set B (^), the answers for the following questions seem to incorrect - Q - 32, 66, 77, 79, 80, 92, 93, 97, 104, 106. I would urge you to raise objections on these. Thanks
Ma'am I have given this exam by purely relying on your study material, videos and mocks. It would be great if you file the objections. Everyone can't afford to pay thousands as many answers are wrong. I'll be obliged if atleast on these 6-7 questions you can file objection on our behalf
Thank you ma'am for taking this up. But in addition to the questions discussed in the video, certain others are also wrong as per Set B: 31: the answer should be C as the statement given was held in Sampath and Chandra kumar only stated that. 66: C the answer directly comes from the passage 77: C section 130 deals with surety and not assignability, C is correct as per pasaage 79: d all the statement are correct as per passage 80: B bare reading of the text of the statute will tell this 110: A as loan is a kind of pledge and not bailment
@LegalEdgeAfterCollege Completely agree with the first objection -- Sampath Kumar should be the correct answer. L Chandra Kumar overruled Sampath Kumar on this point. The following was held in Sampath Kumar: "It is, however, within the competence of Parliament to amend the Constitution so as to substitute in place of the High Court another alternative institutional mechanism or arrangement for judicial review without in any way violating the basic structure doctrine, provided it is no less efficacious than the High Court." The answer provided in the key (Option a) is incorrect since L Chandra Kumar overruled Sampath Kumar on this point, noting: "Analysing the decision in Sampath Kumar's case against this back-drop, it is noted that the theory of alternative institutional mechanisms established in Sampath Kumar's case is in defiance of the proposition laid down in Kesavananda Bharati's case."

Thank you, mam, for the video. Apart from the discussed questions, I had also found certain provisional answers to be doubtful. Question number 6, 7, 9, 41, 67, 68, 70, 86, 113, 114 (Set C). Can you share your opinion on it? Thank you.....
