I used to use the budget type of this build back when Imp Claw were still an item. Just build a typical Bristleback but reserve one slot for Solar Crest.
I think at that point if you got either paladin sword or vampire fangs you just never die. The other option would be to get hh which amplifies healing from heart by increasing max hp and increasing regen rates as well as gives you evasion for sf, PA and wd ulti(while he doesn't have aghs) basically makes you able to fountain farm them
Used to make physical damage BB before his Aghs change. Bit harder to maintain his stacks without the ez Q spam. Would delete people with critical and minus armor lmao
