A huge wooden door was in front, three times my size probably, yet it swiftly opened to the lightest touch of my hand. As I entered the building, the sound of singing people filled my ears, echoing from the stone walls of the long corridor in front of me. I walked down to a second, smaller door at the other side of it, trying to figure out where the noise came from, yet when I opened the next door, my question was answered: In the large hall in front of me were hundreds of people, singing. This Yule my children came for lunch and stayed to play some adult cards against humanity, at one point my 31 year old daughter said "I'll bet $100 that card is Andrew's" to which I held out my hand and asked for the money. She looked me, stunned. "Dad.. that was YOU? she shreaked. I'm 70 this year don't you know. I don't see my children that often any more. Here we are precisely one year later and this track never gets old. Who would have thought that all those classic Christmas songs redone and compiled into one great track could be so magnificently epic? This is why Thomas Bergersen will always be one of my favorite composers/orchestrators.
Never in my 67 years did the thought of winning a war EVER cross my mind until I heard this and reflect upon the victory won on the CROSS that started with a Babe in a manger - where some lambs are born. EVEN SO, COME, LORD JESUS!
Third year in a row listening to this on repeat for both the months of November and December. If anyone sees this comment a month and a week from now, Merry XMas to you.
This.....THIS is what the Angels were playing, under the expert Direction of Saint Gabriel (leader of the Heavenly Choir and Messenger of God) as Jesus was, at last, born on that fateful night in Bethlehem! This is definitely (Two Steps From) HELL YES!

16 years ago this Friday, I survived the car wreck that killed everyone else with me. Three dead, me busted up...22 Dec 2001. I still have trouble with Christmas music. Thanks though.....this helps.
No one should have to go through what you did. I do hope that you've found the help you've needed to move forward, and that you're doing better now. o7
I feel for you. One of my co-workers was killed in a fiery car crash around this time of the year in 2014. Literally the previous day she was hugging me and wishing me a Merry Christmas. I was in absolutely no celebratory mood when New Year's came around that year... Amazing lady, she was. Always cheerful and had a smile that could light up the whole room. I found strength the following year by keeping in mind that she would have wanted us to be happy and live our lives to the fullest. Continue to remember them in your Christmas prayers, and I hope you find strength as well. And yes, it is beautiful piece! :')

69th like.
It was a beautiful Christmas's day for me, a rare one but a beautiful one.
when... at long last... after 3 days of harsh preparations, testing, training, tears, and blood . . . You proudly present . . .
_THE CHRISTMASS DINER ! ! !_
Fantastic Christmas Melody!
At 3:00 I see Jesus leading an Angel Army
I played this to my christmas tree...
It became an Ent
I played this to my pot plant, it became a forest.
I played this to my dog. It's now a reindeer
i played this to my cat, it became a fox and now it's playing in the snow somewhere in canada probably
I played this to my Christmas lease, it became The One Ring.
i payed this to my shemran tank
now its a snow covered t34
Here we are precisely one year later and this track never gets old. Who would have thought that all those classic Christmas songs redone and compiled into one great track could be so magnificently epic? This is why Thomas Bergersen will always be one of my favorite composers/orchestrators.
And a year after that, it’s STILL amazing.
Here, 3 years later, still listening to this awesome track.
Bogy Mac Also 4 years later it’s as epic as ever!
Five years for Five and still rolling...see you next year!!
7 years later and it's still the best christmas medley up to date
I played this music and suddenly the entire calender shifted. It's now Christmas Eve guys.
Told you.
Every year listing to this is a tradition for me
Never in my 67 years did the thought of winning a war EVER cross my mind until I heard this and reflect upon the victory won on the CROSS that started with a Babe in a manger - where some lambs are born. EVEN SO, COME, LORD JESUS!
aye. amen
This is amazing... I didn't think Christmas could get better.. but then this shows up..
Awesome! ^^ The same day that the first snow of the year fell in my home town!
+RedWolf I'm so jealous right now :c
+DokuganRyu28 well. It's going to rain on monday, so you don't really need to be... ^^
RedWolf

+RedWolf Ehh,I live in Norway i have no snow :( I remember when i lived in Poland, lot of snow :(
DokuganRyu28
Aw. Let's hope winter is coming then.
Coming back every year to listen to this masterpiece!!
Third year in a row listening to this on repeat for both the months of November and December.
If anyone sees this comment a month and a week from now, Merry XMas to you.
The Overlord Merry Christmas to you too, man!
I'm listening to this in October. Only a week out from November now though.
@@Jim-so3zm And now, just a week *until* this year's Xmas. I'm never going to get tired of listening to this particular medley lol
Early
Merry x-mas 2019
I wasn't excited for Christmas, until I heard this. Now I'm pumped!
yeahh me too lol
I’m sorry, but HOW CAN YOU NOT BE EXCITED FOR CHRISTMAS?
Unless you’re not Christian, that is.
and the time to play this repeatedly has once again arrived
Merry Christmas to all And all to the New Year
Rarely does a song move me to tears, but this... this is one of those songs.
I listened to this whilst reading the end to "a Christmas Carol" was not disappointed
It's August.... JK MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL A FUN SUMMER
This.....THIS is what the Angels were playing, under the expert Direction of Saint Gabriel (leader of the Heavenly Choir and Messenger of God) as Jesus was, at last, born on that fateful night in Bethlehem! This is definitely (Two Steps From) HELL YES!
Jesus was born in July.
@@Kenoscope meh...its the thought that counts.
@@Kenoscope /actually it was April 6th
Imagine a second part coming out this year. It would for sure help to make peace with 2020
I return to this, every year. And every year. I get blown away.
same
true....me too here
I think it's fair to say that it's okay to listen to this now that it's November.
only 41 days mate!
+ευαγγελος δημος 28-ish now! 😂
;-)) .... and now I listen to it again and noticed, that I wrote a comment 1 year ago ;-))
no, only after Thanksgiving!
It's TSFH. Listen whenever the hell you feel like, and don't mind my bad pun. That said, I'll probably listen to this in the summer because TSFH!
merry Christmas for all humanity, the sicks, the poors, for everyone that needs help in this chaotic world earth
Merry Christmas to everyone anywhere!!! 🎅
1st Man: Do you hear that?
2nd Man: Hear what?
1st Man: The sound of Christmas
Some bake cookies, some write cards, and others give presents to say "Merry Christmas."
These guys blast your ears off with some of the most epic music ever composed!
I'm not crazy about christmas, but the orchestral music style we humans have created for it is one of the best styles there is for anything
Still as good today as it was 8 years ago !
2016
2017
2018
2019
2020 I am still here
Merry Christmas guys
if this isn't the national anthem of Heaven I'm rioting
It brings me awe, and a kind of fear when I begin to think about the things that will be in store for us.
2020. If you're alive and reading/listening to this, congrats.
Few more days to go till september. Many bad things happened throughout 2020 and it’s been 5 months since i last saw my partner. Hope to see you soon my love. Dedicate this one to all brave frontliners! Doctor nurses policeman/woman fireman/woman and to you who reads this.. HAVE A NICE DAY!
Thanks bro!
We are waiting Jesus! VICTORY !
2:08 to 3:45 is definitly the BEST part. Christmas has never felt this epic and triumphant.
Thomas Bergersen managed once again to completely stun me with his music.
Every year again I listen to this piece of art, and every year again I'm selfishly hoping for another monumental Christmas Song like this one.
Jesus just decided to return to earth with his angelic legions of light
Best tune I keep hearing it for five years.
Hello everyone. Oh Holy Night , every time I listen to this beautiful carol, it melts my heart.
Breathetaking music especially the choir with their beautiful voices
The beautiful sound of Christianity :) makes me feel happy & proud.
Aaaand here we go. Already vibing Christmas on September..
Never thought Christmas and Hell could go together. Heh
Mate...
Hell
1 step
Earth
1 step
Heaven
The name implies heaven
+Koenie to be honest I like the idea of it being hell more
+Ned Gleed If the name meant hell, we would be listening to a Christmas-rap. Hah, I could make a pun from rap
solokiwidestroyer lol. Christmas wrap.
Ned Gleed Same! imho
This has become a tradition for me, listening to this masterpiece. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone in 2018 and so forth. I wish you all the best.
Jazzie Greens amen.
same
AMEN!
+1
Merry Christmas in 2023!
Santa came down from the chimney ... In tears ... Moved by this song!
Merry Christmas everyone! We've been through a tough year and we have tough years to come, but let our mutual love for TSFH guide us through high and low tides alike!
It's way too early fire Christmas music, but I instantly fell in love with this like with everything tsfh does
*for
+Simba GC I listen to Christmas music since July, sooooo its not early. XD Not to me anyways
Merry Christmas to all of you! I hope 2021 will be more kind to us.
16 years ago this Friday, I survived the car wreck that killed everyone else with me. Three dead, me busted up...22 Dec 2001. I still have trouble with Christmas music. Thanks though.....this helps.
I'm so sorry for your loss
No one should have to go through what you did. I do hope that you've found the help you've needed to move forward, and that you're doing better now. o7
I’m so sorry man, Christ
I feel for you. One of my co-workers was killed in a fiery car crash around this time of the year in 2014. Literally the previous day she was hugging me and wishing me a Merry Christmas. I was in absolutely no celebratory mood when New Year's came around that year... Amazing lady, she was. Always cheerful and had a smile that could light up the whole room. I found strength the following year by keeping in mind that she would have wanted us to be happy and live our lives to the fullest. Continue to remember them in your Christmas prayers, and I hope you find strength as well. And yes, it is beautiful piece! :')
Sorry for your loss my friend
Merry Christmas to all . . . And to all a good night. :)
This is still by far my favorite Christmas music arrangement. I really love the finale song We Wish a Merry Christmas, it has a little bit of Disney vibe during the firework finale at the park. Now I want to watch fireworks lol
"Who has summoned the all-mighty Santa!"
*this song starts playing*
Santaism, the cult that worships Santa
or who has summoned Ded Moroz, or the Military version of Ded Moroz
I wish TSFH would make an entire Christmas album!
I've JUST discovered this and damn it - I'm not a fan of Christmas atmosphere at all, but it literally brought tears to my eyes. Especially the powerful part of... "Holy night" it was?
Oh God, I would sell my soul for an opportunity to hear it live!
