My issue with that scene is that despite being realistic, Nearly everyone would have told that guy to shut up. Not just for the little girl's sake, because nobody likes to see that. But to prevent Starlight from doing exactly what she did, leaving.
Starlight's character is pretty lame in this first season. Too many moments like this happen to amp up the sympathy meter for her and we're never given a reason to like her as a person.
Fax. Amazon tried to pretend this is what people are like to female celebs, but it's bullshit. Muh poor oppressed millionaires. LOL! People WORSHIP these celebs. Try saying one bad or inappropriate word about a female celeb like Scarlet Johansson or Margot Robbie, and watch what happens. No one will back you up, I guarantee it. 99.9% of men are simps, and women are all in the sisterhood. This shit doesn't happen irl, especially when kids are involved.
True he probably would have gotten stomped out by the girls father or other dads nearby. That know how to respect women. It’s so fake the majority of men know how to act correctly in public.
I mean they have a reason to be so liked, the people truly think they're literally saving the world. Celebs IRL on the other hand contribute nothing but being on camera and reading words someone else wrote.
This is exactly why I think Homelander is much more realistic than Superman. It hard to resist punishing people when you are basically god. Gods in movies and tales often kill a whole city just because their King said something bad about the gods. Some people think my mind are dark and I am a psychopath for thinking people will be bad when they have Superman's power, but people has been fight eachother for cutting line.

It's such an interesting arc of going from the tone of something like House of Cards to something like Breaking Bad. Like you really felt the bureaucracy and this feeling of big brother watching you in the opening seasons, and as the myth around the seven fell apart, it now feels like Breaking Bad where you peak behind the curtain and see how messy and small the people are.
@@aleemizcool3654I doubt it. My guess is that the show’s makeup artists are able to minimize the change while shooting. It’s a shame, she was much prettier before.
@@IgorNetoAnimation and that’s your opinion, but if you undergo plastic surgery as a celebrity to gain attention, you shouldn’t be upset when it gets you attention. And I disagree, she looks less pretty and less natural.

I always assumed she just didn't understand, but this show unfortunately has too much 'show and don't tell' for one to just listen and appreciate it.
@SuperLander-nj1sd All in all, show Noir is probably pretty chill. Before Vietnam, he just wanted to be a movie star and fame, kind of treated like a passive rookie on payback. After Vietnam, he just dealed with Gus Frings dirty work like with the supe terrorist or dealing with the boys. The most evil stuff he does is the equivalent of Mike from breaking bad, but instead of shooting them he probably just rips people's Skulls in half. Like Mike and Noir don't kill kids and don't do weird stuff, but they will brutally murder gangs of innocent people with little to no remorse, one due to their mental impairments, the other due to his hypocrisy, and both sharing an absolute loyalty to Giancarlo Episito.
I absolutely love that she told the little girl to keep the old uniform, she didn't want her to be treated the same. Respect.
Even when black Noir isn’t doing anything exciting I just find him hilarious
