Great video! And the food looks so delicious! This dish reminds me of a dish we have in México which is called Mole. We use chicken drmsticks and the sauce is a combination of different dried chilies, peanuts, almonds, dark chocolate and spices. It's deliciuos and it looks exactly the same as this chicken curry.
