The trick is to not letting the water touch the pizza while heating on a medium to low flame .. tricky i know .. tilt the pan just little bit or water on the side and pizza in the middle
1. you take oil put a few droplets and with a tissue smear it over whole pan 2. put 1/4 teaspoon of water in pan 3. put pizza and cover lid 4. low heat or u burn it
My reheating pizza steps:
1. Take pizza out of fridge
2. Put it in the microwave
3. Take it out of the microwave
4. Enjoy!

I give mine like 2 minutes in the microwave to get some heat into it, then finish in the oven for 5-10 minutes to get melty cheese and crisp base.

Put it in the toaster. That's the best way
Or even oven or air fryer, it’s literally back to its original form
