      @@YourTrueDivinity Less than a month for me. Once you get to the tests and past them, its normal to have a long period of nothing.

    New subscriber just off of how informative, and too the point this video is. I’m current at 440lbs, with osteoarthritis in my knees. My right knee is in pain daily, so after watching this, it’s clear this job may be to much for me in my current state(as I’m working to lose weight.) thank you so much for making this video.

    Since I have epilepsy ( not too severe ) and am not allowed to join selective service. Does this mean I cannot become a TSO?

      You can get a waiver/exemption for it. Though you can be denied. All federal jobs are highly competitive, so they can easily choose someone without any medical problems, unless your medical problem is due to a disability caused by the US military.

      You'll want to get that taken care of asap. Also on the application you will be asked things like this, whether you're in debt, just answer everything truthfully and you should be fine. Do not I repeat do not lie, it's a Federal Government background check, they will look and they will find out. My background check took about 6 months or so, it's a very extensive multi-layered check. Good luck and I hope this helps 💪🏾

    What is the background check? Is the written one and do you do fingerprinting?

      background check just checks if you have any misdemeanors or felonies. if you’re a felon you will fail the background check. misdemeanors are okay. It depends on the charge though. and yes, you do finger printing.

      you get Tsa PreCheck which is expedited screening. that’s it when it comes to flight perks

    Kinda BS that only men have to sign for selected service. I thought we were all equal.. seems only when it benefits them I guess.

      Take it up with congress. But if they start talking of making women sign up for the ss, they may be expecting some sort of conflict.

      I don't recall seeing any age limit listed when I compiled the information for the video. If there is an age limit, then it will be mentioned in the job posting on usajobs.gov
      I saw TSOs that looked to be in their 50s at least.
