Oh yes!! My FAVORITE cases!! That landlord is such a sleazy underhanded LIAR! His case made absolutely no sense! I am so glad the defendant FINALLY got paid for ALL of his hard work!!
If I was the plaintiff, I'd be embarrassed to come to court with such a ridiculous lawsuit. I don't know anyone who would clean up a filthy, cluttered home and paint rooms out of the blue. He was just trying to get out of paying the defendant. The worst part is that the defendant was accused of being a thief.
The defendant did a great job preparing for this case. He had pictures of his work before and after, and even tracked down the previous tenants to get their RAC receipt for the fridge. He seems like an honest dude just trying to make a living. All he needs is to put this stuff in a written contract going forward.
Y'all know the defendant's lease not getting renewed right? I feel like the plaintiff is that PETTY. And then when the defendant try to sue for his security deposit (because you know he's keeping it after having to pay him $1200) he's going to tell the judge "I never rented to him" 😂😂😂
Wow! What a crook the plantiff is. And his witness needs to take heed if he is still doing business with him, because he's clearly a liar. I'm glad the defendant will get his money.
If he wasn't hired how did he know the work even needed to be done? How did he get access to the property? No one is going to stalk places to them commit a crime of breaking and entering to then do free housework; then try to sue for unpaid work.
Does anyone know what channel Justice for the People with Judge Milian is going to be on? Or if there is going to be somewhere to stream the episodes??
How many times does somebody need to raise their hand in judge Milian's Court to speak before she actually allows them to defend themselves and respond to allegations against them? The plaintiff raised his hand multiple times and at one point Judge Milian told him to hold on and then never gave him the chance to say what he needed to say, even if she thinks she has it all figured out she needs to give both sides and equal opportunity to tell their side of the story and say what they need to say.
The defendant came to win. Minus the moment of greed. He did that 👏 👏 I also respect the plaintiffs witness for not trying to lie for him even after he realized it wasn't helping the plaintiff he still agreed with judge.
Plaintiff all over the place, I wanted to hear more about the liquor and women defense. Lol Some reason plaintiff doesn’t want to pay defendant, so he’s making up stories. My guess is defendant was taking too long to do job and plaintiff just came up with an excuse to fire him and hire his witness... pay the man !
I love it when someone sues based on lies and ends up the one that has to pay instead! Karma. He definitely gonna try to keep the defendant's security deposit. Most landlords will look for any excuse to keep that security tho and he seems like the type.
Sooo.. is the defendant still the plaintiff’s tenant because I think he should change that sap.. There’s no telling what more he’ll do because this was outlandish.
So guy has keys to go in for 17 days, supplies like paint and cleaning stuff AND the former tenants contact information to track down the fridge but you are saying he showed up out of the blue and you never hired, dont know why he did that blah blah... OKAY😅
It's the shade of the title for me. Usually the title coincides with something dealing with the case...but it doesn't. Whoever came up with title is talking about the black litigants 😐😐😐
This is a case of "the Hunter BECAME the HUNTED" The Plaintiff came to recover money from the defendant BUT the Plaintiff became the one to give money to the defendant.........Such is LIFE!
Interesting case. But in the end, the plaintiff was clearly not able to prove that the defendant was a sex-crazed alcoholic that breaks into people's private property to paint the place while on some psychotic binge. Whodathunkit possible!😉🙈🙉🙊😂😂😂👽
Ok im srry for what im about to say but its so true. Why is it that the liar's with the most outrageous and or sketchy kinda stories mostly come from people that cant speak properly. Like bad english or a accent thats too heavy to hear properly. Who just works for free? And how the defendant got into the apt all those days if he wasnt hired? Come on make it make sense plaintiff
Wassup with Harvey? The last few weeks of eps he has a 5 o'clock shadow and looks like he just rolled out of bed, and here he looks stoned... his eyes are almost closed!
I remember there was a time where she basically ruled then allowed the plaintiff to speak it changed the whole ruling because they had evidence, I wonder how many people lost cases because she interrupts them and doesn't allow them to explain
The plaintiffs witness said, I worked for him, too. Meaning the witness and the defendant both worked for the plaintiff. What an absurd argument. No one in their right mind works for free, except the church probably.
If he wasn’t hired, how did he get into the apartment for 17 days with no keys?
That’s what I was thinking
And get access to supplies like all that paint and cleaning stuff😅😅😂
I love it when scoundrels sue and end up losing against a countersuit.
I absolutely love it😂
Yessss! Me too 😂😂😂
*Despicable Scoundrels!*
Oh yes!! My FAVORITE cases!! That landlord is such a sleazy underhanded LIAR! His case made absolutely no sense! I am so glad the defendant FINALLY got paid for ALL of his hard work!!
Harvey looks looks so disheveled sometimes - like he partied all weekend, then shows up unshaven and still wearing 'last Fridays' clothes.
😂😂😂😂😂
yes he is a mess and contributes little to the show, i find his attitude quite annoying. cant imagine would secure his services in any litigation
@@johnhewett9483I don’t think he does any litigation anymore- he started TMZ and for all I know still runs it. Lots of money there
Right! He kind of looks ill in this episode. Eyes and nose red. Skin pale kinda yellowish. But if you see him on TMZ now he looks good LoL.
#BoogaShugga

Aaqqaaaa
What
If he feels the tenants stole the appliances, then go after the former tenants, not the guy cleaning it up.
Totally
the plaintiffs witness backed up the defendants story so well. he should have been standing over by the defendant lol
The defendant did a great job preparing for this case. He had pictures of his work before and after, and even tracked down the previous tenants to get their RAC receipt for the fridge. He seems like an honest dude just trying to make a living. All he needs is to put this stuff in a written contract going forward.
I feel like he will going forward.
This plaintiff is a liar. He is terrible. The defendant should move so the landlord doesn’t try any thing else.
I love it when the plaintiff not only loses his case, but the defendant wins his counter case ha ha ha...
Y'all know the defendant's lease not getting renewed right? I feel like the plaintiff is that PETTY. And then when the defendant try to sue for his security deposit (because you know he's keeping it after having to pay him $1200) he's going to tell the judge "I never rented to him" 😂😂😂
He can sue again and submit this episode as evidence. Landlord would be dumb to pull anything, in some states you can sue 2x
4:21
“You see, I’ve lived a long time.”
Plantiff:
“I know, judge…”
😱😮😱😮 How you gon’ SHADE THE JUDGE LIKE THAT?!
I heard that too. 😬
😂😂😂she said it not him
She always says it. 😅
Yeah but the Plaintiff's Dollar Tree isn't tall enough to throw that kind of shade.
@@bluebutterfly244 DOLLAR TREE 🤣🤣🤣🤣
He brought 2 bottles of rum and 3 olives ? WTH 😂. The plaintiff is a compulsive liar.
Another greedy landlord comes to court and lies.
There's something wrong with that man.
The plaintiff keeps insisting he never hired him. So he thought the man was just gone come in and clean for nothing?!?? Lol…
Right like just a random person came in to just do cleaning like that for free bc they were bored like wtf 🤣🤣
"Ewww, those random, wacky people just came in there and cleaned up my place!"
*"Those meddling kids!!!"*
old scammer got caught out in his lies😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 good!
My front door is open. Come on in and clean and paint my house for free. Thanks! Disclaimer: I am NOT hiring you!!
The plaintiff's witnesses smile, says it all.
Wow! What a crook the plantiff is. And his witness needs to take heed if he is still doing business with him, because he's clearly a liar. I'm glad the defendant will get his money.
great point! did you catch the plaintiff trying to shush the witness?? that was quite revealing to me
@@wdwnutjm No, I missed that part. I swear I have to go back and watch again after reading the comments. Y'all always catch stuff I missed😁
@@dreams2dream627 yeah I just watched it again. he's totally trying to get the guy to stop talking
Harvey looked wasted 😂
Why is this titled monkey business?!
I was looking for this comment before I typed it. Smh…
😂
Inappropriate
The lady wearing fuschia sitting behind rhe Defendant 😂 her facial expressions😂😂
Obviously the plaintiff just didn't use his HANDS hard enough to explain his case.
To fairly consider this case, I think we need to see a picture of the women next door.
😂 stop it! 🤣😂
Exactly, I wanted to hear more about the liquor and women defense
😂😂
When your witness seals the deal on you being a liar and a user----ouch!!
Harvey looks like he’s going through it!
@thepeople'scourt who labeled this episode. Poor choice of words
Especially with the thumbnail 😮
Harvey at the End look a little drunk!
@People’s Court why this title for this episode? I’m side-eyeing y’all for that
If he wasn't hired how did he know the work even needed to be done? How did he get access to the property? No one is going to stalk places to them commit a crime of breaking and entering to then do free housework; then try to sue for unpaid work.
Not just that, but if you didn’t hire him; then why did you ask him to be a witness for the final walkthrough with the former tenant?
She should have asked whose suit coat did dude have on ...That joint was big lol
Exactly with a T-shirt and jeans underneath 😂😂😂😂
9:20 “how many days did it take u to clean this apartment?” - 17 😂😂😂 bro the slowest worker ever
The title was unnecessary. Cmon.
Came for this comment.
Same. Do better, People’s Court channel
I said that before I even saw what the case was about. Super inappropriate
Yea I agree
I heard that judge Milian picks the titles herself… go figure
The Plaintiff is getting caught up in his lies...smh
5:25 the guy in the back.😂👌
6:35 the same guy in the back.👏
I'm so confused how this man thought he had a legal case. A scam so bad, it escapes all logic.
The plaintiff's witness sounds a little (a lot, actually) like the musician/singer/songwriter Mr Barry White. 🙂
RIP Mr Barry White 💐🙏🏽💞
The defendant's witness suit jacket 😂😂😂
Judging from the judge's tone of voice right at the beginning, she's not happy about this case on either side.
I don’t know what you’re talking about she sounded normal to me
She sounds the same as she always does. She was even smiling in the beginning.
@BobBlumenfeld utterly nonsense
Harvey is looking kinda rough there at the end 🤣
Voice-over guy: this is the plaintiff Daniel Uchi
Me: oochee wally wally oochee bang bang 💃🏿
Is Harvey okay?
7:20 That lying ass hand gesture.

Me reading the title😒
Yeah…. That ain’t cute. Definite side eye
The defendant's skin is amazing.

Title. Thumbnail. Oh cmon.. couldn't they have caught that before the upload
Is this the correct video title?? 😂
That's an upstanding defendant
The plaintiff witness probably stole the items 🤨🤔
That witness was about as useful as using Lizzo as a nutrition consultant.
😆🤔
😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
As usual as advice from a Karen 🤣
Harvey just looks high😂
This case is insane. Pay the man for his work.
I wish someone would come to my house and tell me they want to clean for free. Why can't I be that lucky?!

Good job Aaron.❤
Shady plaintiff. He was talking in circles. Crazy ridiculousness.
He’s a bold face lie 😩😭😭😭
I will never understand how people get roped into these issues and wrapped up with unscrupulous individuals.
Plaintiff is ridiculous.
Lmbo the witness didn’t help his case at all
I only watched to hopefully hear about the defendant getting drunk and smashing the 2 ladies next door 😂
The Honorable Judge Marilyn Milian makes yet another outstanding catch of a plaintiff misstatements

PLEASE CHANGE THIS TITLE - COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE.
Thank you!
Perhaps a different title with the thumbnail would be more appropriate
In very bad taste.
I liar will steal, and a theft will always lie
Good decision, no one does work for free. A case of landlord off in lala land.
Mr. Uche trying to get over. Shame on him

The plaintiff is a strange-acting bird. His demeanor and body language make me distrustful of him. If it doesn't make sense it's not true.
Pay the man!!
Early stages of dementia.
😂
Nah .. The plaintiff is just a liar.
Ridiculous landlord.
This Title is RACIST🤬🤬 Monkey Business 🤬

But in the end, the plaintiff was clearly not able to prove that the defendant was a sex-crazed alcoholic that breaks into people's private property to paint the place while on some psychotic binge.
