If I was the plaintiff, I'd be embarrassed to come to court with such a ridiculous lawsuit. I don't know anyone who would clean up a filthy, cluttered home and paint rooms out of the blue. He was just trying to get out of paying the defendant. The worst part is that the defendant was accused of being a thief.

How many times does somebody need to raise their hand in judge Milian's Court to speak before she actually allows them to defend themselves and respond to allegations against them? The plaintiff raised his hand multiple times and at one point Judge Milian told him to hold on and then never gave him the chance to say what he needed to say, even if she thinks she has it all figured out she needs to give both sides and equal opportunity to tell their side of the story and say what they need to say.
