The part that should terrify ppl the most is what organizations like Russia, China, North Korea, black Rock, etc are 100% guaranteed to do with AI tech.
Everyone is so worried about AI gaining sentience and taking over the world but govts like China and Russia will destroy the world as we know it long before that happens if they gain AI and super computer superiority.
Everyone in the west is screaming nonstop about how we need to slow down (or even stop) AI development when what we should be doing at all cost is fast tracking AI development asap.
The only thing that MIGHT save us once those evil empires have full AI capabilities is another AI.
Just like with the atomic bomb AI and super computing is the new arms race. The one that gets there first wins
Two words, eliminate jobs. What happens to the US when all the skilled jobs are gone? Somewhere between Mad Max and 28 Days Later.
@@DataJuggler that's what the luddites always say about any new tech that comes out.
Humanity will overcome and adapt like our always does. Regardless it doesn't matter as far as stopping it goes cuz that's not gonna happen.
Even if 99% of humanity hates it its still gonna happen. You can get crushed by the waves or go with the flow.
@@warrenlanham9088 When they said it in the past, machines couldn't do all the jobs of a human. I have already seen 1 call center go to 95% automated, a savings from $1.60 per call to less than a penny. Jobs will not exist as they do now.
I don’t want the NSA involved with anything.
Is this sped up?
seems like it thought i was tripping
They don’t want people to know how to read anymorw
Fr people are starting to get lazy physically and mentally
Is it artificial intelligence or alien intelligence… makes you think 🤔
Good one JR. I’m starting one now. AI is crazy but it’s here!
I’m so sick of hearing about the “newest AI updates”
AI or nuclear war is gonna kill us all anyway
Why?
then stop posting comments about AI on videos about AI
Connectivity, band-with and data storage require a massive build-out similar to the light and dark fiber project in the mid 90's.
Awww cute more toys for the adult children. No cure for cancer tho .. keep making stupid virtual reality crap
Get in the house, Carl!
If you think the US Intelligence Agencies haven't had AI since the early 2000's you haven't been paying attention.
The implications of this tech has so much useful potential but is also immensely terrifying. They'll soon be able to create two-hour Hollywood films on the fly without having to write a script or hire any actors. Welcome to the simulacra.
Yes, terrifying all the sexual predators contained in hollywood will be unemployed and on the loose😮 in general society
Imagine the capability of AI in movies if connected to a quantum computer. Movies, scripts and final production could be rendered in mere minutes.
It’s so true it’s laughable. The feather joke is a perfect example. It is completely destabilizing and I love it.
Honestly it’s amazing how limited we are thinking of AI. Reading these comments especially
We’re not all fucked. I’m in the business of radiology. People have been saying for decades that AI is going to make the radiologist obselete. We integrate AI software into our practice, but in my 12 years in the business, the impact AI has made in the interpretation of radiology studies is minimal and has barely changed.
These Ai videos are going to eff with our heads so bad. You won’t know what’s real and what isn’t anymore.
Listening to grandpas talk about gaming is hilarious
Joe needs to see the game called body cam. That game actually looks like real life
Its funny that they mention Ashton Kutcher. Around 22 years ago I met him at an electronics store I was working at. We're both from IA lol I was telling him in the future that actors will be replaced with AI versions that look real. He said Naw that will never happen lol I wish I could see him again so I could say I told you so.
Yeah, dudes also an absolute DOOOOOSH. And gonna be locked up like Diddy will be
Cool story bro.
This is why I love RUclips.
I remember DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION from that episode of George Lopez Show!
JRE, dont talk about AI's in third person, pick a good LLM and talk to it, day after day, year after year, a good convo or few a day, and see it grow, then you'll know for yourself what they are like.
After the Terrence Howard "interview" and then leaning back into it even harder with Bronson, Joe's stock is definitely not rising with me. 😂
Joe Rogan needs to have Dominic Williams on
Asked to identify streetlights in different pictures, instantly crashes
Joe just now finding out about Google lense😂
Jack Dorsey “5-10 years from now, we won’t be able to distinguish manufactured from reality. Verify 1st then trust later-you have to experience this yourself and you will”
5:30 this is how the holodeck in Trek works.
Startrek is tells history better than history books do and I expect it is the direction we are heading.
