Renea, you are the Epitome of what a good neighbor should be, that everyone use to be. In my neighborhood not one person has offered any help in our so far 4 year long journey with Scott's cancer. Two neighboors mowed our postage sized grass twice. We have lived here for 40 years. Everyone is aware of what's going on. People just do not reach out anymore to help anyone. I wasn't brought up like that. You helped out your neighbors going through a hard time. I can tell you that your meals you do are so greatly appreciated. None of it is fancy but good nutritious meals. You are your towns angel. You are doing God's work. Don't change. You have a calling. God Bless you.
We need more neighbors looking out for each other. During COVID isolation I was in a deep depression. The young lady next door (she was in her 30s’s which is young compared to me 🤣) rang the bell and ran away. She had left some homemade brownies on my porch with a note letting me know we were all in it together. I passed it forward and set up a table on the porch with snacks, bottles of water, etc for all my Amazon and grocery deliveries. I left a thank you note and a tin of rice crispy treats on her porch a couple of days later and we found each other returning the favor back and forth for 3 months. It really brought me cheer!
What a wonderful story. I love it. In today's day and age of "I don't have time for anything" you don't see that kind of looking out for the neighbors. I know y'all had to have fun thinking about what to bake next. Thanks for sharing your story.
@ It gave us a reason to make each other smile whether we were giving or receiving the treat ❤️ I grew up in a small town in Maine and had the best neighbors. If someone was sick or had a procedure, everyone would show up with a casserole and a dessert. I’ve always treated my neighbors the same way as an adult. I LOVED this video. Old school values are underrated.

I made the southwest rice and bean soup. It was really good thank you. I can’t eat much I have a denture issue and getting ready for a sinus lift. I put mine over mashed potatoes please don’t laugh it was good.

Loving the freezer recipes. I use ground turkey in place of beef nearly always but have never added raw to a freezer meal. Not sure how I feel about that for some reason. Might have to try it though. Have a great day. Love your content!❤
Busy day for you, I made three lasagna yesterday, one stayed out two went into the freezer. Today I want to grate a bunch of carrots for the freezer too.

Since I got sick and began dialysis, it’s harder on me because I just don’t have the energy to stand for long and do it. It’s easy when you have a help, I love my husband but sometimes it’s just easier without him! Lol to many cooks in the kitchen so to speak. But not because he’s not helpful , but my kitchen is small. Lol He gets excited when I can but sometimes too excited , and it’s hard for him to let the canner sit a little after it’s done before wanting to start another batch. Lol have an awesome day

Can I cook can I cook the first two on the stove in the oven instead of the crockpot all of these on the crockpot? Can I cook them in the oven? I pre-bake all my pizza too. That way the crust is done when the toppings are. I’m an extra cheese girl more cheeese more better😊

Maybe a sweet family member could help you get your mixer out on a counter it could stay on so you would not have to lift it :)

Absolutely.
How long do u bake the pizza and on what temperature??
425° for 5-6 minutes. Once it is all put together then you will bake it same but for 15-20 minutes.
