When i was working in a restaurant, yung isa sa natutunan at na a-apply ko palagi is being organize. Ang sarap kaya gumalaw kapag malinis yung working place mo. Even when i was working in a money remittance center/ Pawnshop, nadadala ko pa rin. Sobrang sarap lang tignan ni Chef dahil ang organize nya at sinusunod nya yung kalat. 👏👏👏

Thank you Chef Morris for sharing your sarciadong isda recipe. Honestly, it hits me... reminded me my super mabait na Yaya so long ago. It's my most favorite in her cooking. Her technique and yours are almost similar... though hers has no parsley and oyster sauce* (allergy*)
Surely, l will try to cook this again sarciadong isda in her loving memory... (She died long ago left her kids in their early teenage years.)
