I am from Sudan and we use fenugreek seeds permanently and used in particular in preparing the bride before marriage as a drink or stew to purify the skin color and to give her freshness and vitality and fenugreek seeds also help in increasing weight and helping the mother to get Milk to breastfeed her baby
Also help to loose a few pounds. 1 spoon of fenugreek and cup water leave over night then drink the first thing in the morning. Ps . You might shit your brain out 😄🤣
You can also find them in the India store and it’s called Methi Seeds. Just throwing that out there because I had to ask and find out that Fenugreek seeds (Methi seeds) are the same thing.
You can also use fenugreek powder and a tea infuser to make fenugreek oil. Using the double boiler method heat oil and then use the tea infuser filled with fenugreek powder. Swirl the infuser for about 15 minutes in the oil. The powder thats left in the infuser can be used as a hair mask on wash day.
Just to add; if you eat the unused seeds( after straining for your hair aides) it may aid in weight loss but it enhances boobs and butt. That can either be a pro or con.
I use Fenugreek powder and grapeseed oil ( double boil method) and let it sit covered over night after I take it off the stove to cool.then store it in a Mason jar last me a whole year.
I'd strain the mask with a cheesecloth/pantyhose 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿deff wanna try it, looks super moisturizing Currently I'm macerating some seeds in olive oil and other herbs (chamomile, rosemary, thyme, & horsetail) I'm very excited!!

If you bring to boil at 100 degrees, do you not think the active ingredient will have been killed in the heat process. Slow and cold process I'd always best. Why not crush your seeds into powder?

I use all three options. I use the methi paste on my wash day as a part of my deep conditioning treatment. The methi tea as a refreshing spray. And the diy methi oil to seal and lock in the moisture from the tea. The results are just so unbelievable. Do try this people. I've planted a few methi seeds.

Methi paste 1/4 cup whole methi seeds 1 cup water 2-3 cups Boiling water 1/4 -1/3 cup olive oil Bring the methi seeds in 1 cup of water to a boil. Simmer for 12-15 minutes. Transfer the boiled seeds (with the water you boiled them in) to a blender. Pour 1 cup of boiling water in the blender. Blitz. Pour another cup of boiling water. Blitz. Pour the last cup of boiling water. Blitz. Pour the olive oil and blitz until it becomes a smooth, pudding-like consistency. Methi tea I just boil 2 tbsp methi seeds in 1 cup of water. Allow to cool and transfer to a mason jar. Methi oil (watch Neki Cakes ayurvedic hair growth oil)

Fenugreek, Aloe or rice? Which has better growth benefits, or if all, how would you combine? Maybe your video with boiling the aloe & fenugreek in the oil.
They do different things . I used to use henna but switched to rice water . I use a lot of Ayurvedic things so it’s all about knowing what they do and use them accordingly. For example, you can’t leave rice water in your hair; it’s not advisable but you can with fenugreek and aloe so it’s up to you .
Rice water is more like a protein treatment. So you need to deep conditioner after. Where as the others are leave in conditioners. If not it can make some hair types (4c) dry!!
In order to know which is a better growth benefit for YOU, you would have to try all 3 in separate form and see (results may show within 30 days). Rice water is very good but you have to deep condition.

I love olive oil and I keep them for a while. My hair gets incredible shine. Do you use Fenugreek Seed every time . every other week or once a month. I am protein sensitive. I think that Fenugreek is a strengthener . So I use mine every other week with a diy dc ( mango,my fav condish, and oils of my choices ,) but I have notice that the right side of my hair thicken up and looks health from root to tip ( that never happens)

Methi paste
