you can horizon into split if you ragdoll drag them and itll still do the bar. can work vs hakuda air combo, sometimes its weird and you get pulled back to air combo location but you have the frame advantage and can split. however if they start with spine rend, horizon loses. as much as i like horizon when they release a combo extension kendo essence id probably purple off

honestly unseen blade should be D tier right now due to the POV bug that can happen with it whenever you use it. If that bug happens to you, you're pretty much guaranteed to lose the fight.

What dose it mean by rerolls partial rolls?
Arrancars only get 2 moves from getting their partial res, unlike soul reapers who get 3 moves with the shikai, the partial essence makes it so you can use all 3 moves without going full resurrection on arrancar
