I just found "Pasta" on Netflix, as well! They have a lot of english subbed K-Dramas! You do have to subscribe, though. Drama Fever let's you watch for free but you have to endure 2 commercials every 10 minutes or so. Hope that helps. Keeping a look out for the other title.
