I remember I bought poltergeist 1,2,& 3 on DVD as a kid and loved them. I remember after finishing the 3rd one I decided to watch all the credits because I liked the music and I saw towards the end that the film was dedicated to Heather....I was in shock and I started crying :( beautiful beautiful theme.
😐🙌🏼 - I have to admit this song makes me cry everytime. 👼🏼Rip Heather 👼🏼 - heard this song so many times and watched this Song over 600 times & l still cry. Especially - When u see Heathers name come up. This song was just perfect.
This movie version of 'Ending' is far more beautiful and in a way sad, than the album version..Thanx so much for uploading this little piece for Carol Anne..still love Joe Renzetti's score on P3..let's hope he will release a full score album some day..
I really hope so. P1 and P2 already had several diffrent Special Editions...P3 deserves a complete score with maybe some bonus tracks or alternate cues. Joe Renzetti did an amazing score...creepy, futuristic and dark. The album doesn't add up to what we hear in the movie. This is my cousin Donna, doesn't even play in the movie..( but it is one of my favorite tracks though;-)
Visisted Chicago and the John Hancock Center this summer and I have to say, Poltergeist 3 was on my mind a lot. When I was in the John Hancock, I expected Kane to be riding up a window washer to the observatory!
Heather's death hit me like a sledgehammer to the gut. I never thought I could grieve so hard for someone I didn't know. She always seemed so vital, so full of life with a smile that could brighten the gloomiest day. The world seemed so much less knowing that she had left us. But I know beyond all doubt that she is now safe in the Light of God's eternal presence.
Heather and i were best friends she and me played together on the steps at my home it was the saddest that she died of her illness i had a emotional breakdown when i heard she died.
this video made me cry because its sad heather o,rouke died after this 3 film of poltergiest she was allways beautiful and a great actress. and friendly to everyone so rest in peace heather o,rouke we love you
I'm so sad she died. I turned 6 that year, but not until May. I think it was so sweet that they dedicated the movie to Heather and credited Julian Beck as having originally portrayed Reverend Kane.
Our lovely little angel above. She is so beautiful as the sunflowers, she is bright as the sun. She is in heaven where all the Angels are as she is one of them. I love her so much Rip Heather Never Be forgotten our little angel. For ever angel💘
I love this piece! Almost better than GOldsmith's theme. I remember buying the soundtrack on import vinyl when I was 12 in 1988 paying twice the price of a standard record just to listen to this track over and over again. That was long long before youtube and mp3s. Anyway, this piece is just so wonderful and touching and it always reminds me of Heather.
Now I know that this particular comment that I'm about to post my not be relevant to both the movie Poltergeist 3 and the unfortunate passing of the young late actress Heather O'Rourke. But first off, I wanna dedicate this theme song to things in particular: first to both my late Mother and Older brother who had passed away less than two years apart from each other, and secondly to my new found financial freedom, therefore I just paid off my house in full earlier this year at the age of 40 years old. And for that is that I'm now crying sweet tears of joy. And all is right in my life. RIP: to my dear sweet Mother, Older brother, and of course the late young actress Heather O'Rourke.
They like to play this song in the local Vietnamese restaurant. Poor little Heather :( I wish all the people all over the world could be protected from diseases and people with evil intentions.
Hopefully the soundtracks to this and Poltergeist 2 will be reissued soon once Shout/Scream Factory releases both films on Blu-Ray (hopefully, no bare bones releases.)
Weird yeh. Esp when think that zeldas mom passed away while she was making this moive had to stop production and then Heather died before it was finished. Nice tribute.
I love these movies there honestly really good , Unlike movies now. Favorite character is heathers character. Rip💛 why her. Out of all the grown ups...
It sounds like replacement music used when the original music can't be replaced due to a rights issue. Schmaltz excessive sentimentality, especially in music or movies. "at the end of the film the audience are drowned in a sea of schmaltz"
I don't think that really applies to this movie, especially since this music was over the closing the credits and the ending of the film is NOT sad. You flunked this course for failing to recognize what you were even writing about to begin with . . . OUCH!
@@TheIndependentLens "sounds like" . . . The studio needed to get the film completed quickly for a plethora of reasons. I don't like this score. It sounds cheap to me like performing Bach Toccatta in D Minor on a Casio. keyboard.

I have to admit that, overall, I felt the Renzetti soundtrack was a total bust, but this piece more than makes up for it. It's beautiful. So sad and somber...makes me wonder of Renzetti composed it as an actual tribute to Heather after her death or if it was just a coincidence.
When I saw it in the theater, everyone stayed through the closing credits, and when the tribute to Heather came up, everyone applauded.
We'll never forget you Heather, rest in peace with Julian Beck, Zelda Rubinstein, Will Sampson and Dominique Dunne
R.I.P. Heather O'Rourke (1975 - 1988)
so so sad a fitting theme for a wonderfully talented young lady taken way to soon may she never be forgotten
I feel that they made this song for Heather as a tribute to her
They did
Yeah they did🥺
It fits Heather so well ❤

What a great moving ending theme for the magnificent trilogy!
The ending credits should have been played on top of clips from the films mainly with Heather.
