    This may be obvious to some given that Erik mentioned 'SELECT DISTINCT' in the video, but another place where sorts come up is 'UNION'. I have definitely seen places where people (including myself at some point) have used 'UNION' instead of 'UNION ALL' even though the individual sets of data they are selecting have no way of producing duplicate rows.
