Hi mate, definitely the Massey, great tractor, and easier to get parts for. Deutz can be a bit hard, even just for filters. The new ones may be better though.
@@ourfarmlifeaus Thanks mate doing a bit of research into getting a new one currently have a Kioti but they are a bit cheaply built and thought I’d get first hand experience from someone with both. Keep up the great vids mate! Personally love the hay cutting/baling videos there all great content but 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻 thanks mate
Got a question for you. Growing up on the farm in the 1960/70s we had corriedales and a small mob of southdowns for the table. Beautiful meat sheep. But I can"t remember the last time I spotted a southdown anywhere. Is it not a commercially viable sheep? I understand the wool is not worth much but for a meat sheep I thought it could still be viable
Yea mate, I think the Dorsets and Suffolks have overtaken them in terms of performance is all. Still both breeds exhibiting at the shows but the flock numbers are depleting. Dorsets have been king for quite a while now! Thanks for tue comment
There is some genetics to number of offspring. Another way to working the percentage up would be to keep back only ewe lambs that were twins themselves.
Your realistic. But Sheep Shepard is making videos 3x a week. He’s spending it , building a big house, barns, fences, lambing pens, quads to heard sheep, fantastic toys for his kids, fertilized fields, and lots more. He’s not realistic, but is spending lots. Please watch Sheep/Shepherd and see if you can get funds in Your direction. I’m not against him, it money doesn’t go far these days. You deserve some funds, too.

Great weather! Good content - well done.....
Glad you enjoyed it
Hey Lochie
Random one
In your opinion do you prefer the Deutz tractor or the Massey in terms of cost and ease of repair/cost
Thanks mate

You don't half work hard for $5 - %6.50 a pop. All looking lovely...
