Everytime I see one of your videos, I am blown away. Your passion for excellence is evident. I hope your channel grows until you can do this full time. They say, if you love what you do , you will not have to work a day in your life. That is my wish for you .
Wow! Thank you so much! Have you watched all the videos? Hope you will stay and enjoy the upcoming videos as well cos i am putting loads of effort. Thanks for noticing my passion within. 😀
I live at a 3rd floor apartment with no lift and would love a smaller stair climb able dolly form of this. Struggling to figure out a good way for it to climb the stairs though.
@@TheAluminumCarpenter I keep seeing Amazon dollys use those but it seems like that’s a bad idea cause bumpiness. All of the electric powered ones use almost like a tank tread system. I just can’t seem to find a way to just make the tank tread without powering it. My Google fu isn’t good enough to find any type of product that would work so I thought about an in line series of like 1 to 1.5 inch tall wheels
I work together with overseas factories to bring these materials into my home country and through the years i do have bulk and regularity, therefore i am able to have all these projects done.
I didnt make the effort to quantify, but I think if you talk abt the raw materials completely “raw”, its approx USD$100. This is DIY cost. No other professional fees were calculated in. Hope this helps.
@@TheAluminumCarpenter I do love your work. It's opened my eyes to the possibilities of extrusion. More than just building the machines, obviously! I look forward to more!

@pakapasiti that will do too 😊
What is the size of the wheel?
Is it possible to use 2020 for the trolley?
what is the load bearing of a 2020 shelf spanning 1 m?
Trolley, no. Shelf, possible. Depends on how the joinery were planned.
how heavy is it?
Honestly i really wana know too, but i have no way to check this statistic right now.
Actually plywood has better strength then solid wood, as solid wood have chance to split along the grain.
For better strength, can consider a 2mm aluminum or steel sheet over the plywood.
Great tip!
what source do you like to purchase your extrusions and accessories from?

What's the total cost?
