PSI-Pred Software for Predicting Protein's Structure and Function

PSI-Pred is a Bioinformatics Tool for predicting 3D Structure Model of Protein molecules from amino acid sequence. It uses 2 feed-forward neural networks which perform an analysis on output obtained from PSI-BLAST (Position Specific Iterated - BLAST). To access and use it, You've to visit bioinf.cs.ucl.a... .In the ongoing situation of the Pandemic, We can also use it study the strains of Corona Virus that are available on PDB.
