सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाल ही में अपने एक फैसले में मुस्लिम तालकशुदा महिलाओं को भी गुजारा भत्ता देने की बात कही थी। अब उस निर्णय के खिलाफ मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने आज एक बैठक की। जिसमें देशभर के 50 से अधिक धार्मिक गुरु और कानून को जानने वाले शामिल हुए। बोर्ड ने कहा कि SC का फैसला शरीयत कानून से मतभेद पैदा करता है।
