@@mizuki_saudi Al Romansiah Restaurant, Raydan Restaurant, Bayt alshawayah Restaurant, Hashi Pasha Restaurant etc.. There are different types of rice dishes in Saudi Arabia, such as mandi, madhbi, madghout, saliq, haneeth, etc.
For Kabsa I recommend you try al romansiah restaurant specially Chicken Mandi or chicken madghout
