Anyone looking to try Kofta for the first time or the 100th, PLEASE TRY THIS RECIPE!! I rarely comment or like my own food but this one was finger-licking down to the last drop of gravy. I tried your recipe. Kofta was 7/10 and gravy was 5/10. I used shan korma masala 1tsp. the gravy was watery even after lots of bhunai/frying of masala.
