She even went so far as to physically attack him at one point when he didn't express interest, not to mention hit on Bubee a bit when she was first introduced, are we really just going to ignore all of this, we also don't even know when Charlie came to the understanding he was gay either he was a depressed and borderline suicidal man since before the first time they ran into Guille he didn't love himself and obviously couldn't love others he showed to care about amber a bit but after he was rejected earlier on in the series he didn't seem to be pushing any real romance he just didn't reject her advances because A shed already rejected him so why would their be an expectation of romance and B at that point he'd clearly been struggling with depression and self hate so any sort of showing he matters is good for him, it's a complicated subject matter where yes maybe he lead her on a little but she was also pretty nuts about this for a while. Should Charlie have put an end to it earlier yes, should amber have been aggresive every time he didn't express romantic interest or physically attacked him for not expressing romantic interest, and if she was really hoping for this ship for so long she shouldn't have hit on bubee when she was first introduced the person here showing actual signs of active manipulation is amber

I just realized that Ga counters almost all of the party(players) if he evolves as a poliwrath. Ga can destroy amber on a 1on1 because he resist all of amber attack. (Unless amber knows/learns freeze dry) Against bubee Ga counters bubee aswell because of his fighting typing and bubee evolves as a water/normal so her water typing is already not good(unless noble give/make a different evolution on bubee.) Charlie is the only pokemon ga will have a hard time because if he evolves into a poliwrath he will be weak to charlie (flying > fighting) but if ga gets/has ice punch then its a 50/50 fight. Plus if we follow pokemon standards poliwrath is a beefy mon.

I absolutely love one piece DnD and really loved these characters up until this episode. I totally understand that Rustage can do whatever he wants with his character and that he probably has very good reason to want to act crazy and let loose since he is DMing 2 other sessions. Obviously this is just my personal preference but I think there is a massive difference between chaotic stupid murder hobos and characters who should be in a mental asylum. I think that playing broken characters can be fun but my personal preference is that I just like it when people are consistent which is actually why Ga is one of my favorite characters because I can predict what he does.

I was like 60-70% sure Charlie wasn't gay but after what rustage said I'm like 90% sure he isn't. A straight man is going to idolize another because you look up to them and want to be like them. Also charlie has been in love with amber from before she started showing him real affection. This just feels forced and unnatural which makes sense give that Charlie probably isn't in the best head space after killing his brother who at the end of the day was proud he got beaten by Charlie. And even though he says he's fine ya'll got to remember he a master at lying. So the ship hasn't sank just yet even if there are some holes. So cheer up. At worst he's probably bi because his words were and i quote "I don't think I'm straight." Not "I don't like women."😁👍

Charlie had been oblivious to Amber's feelings for awhile, so it feels like this was planned from the start. He wanted to be friends, not lovers. Even if he were attracted to women, it doesn't mean he'd be attracted to Amber. I thought it was pretty obvious all this time, especially since he slowly came out as maybe bi early on and didn't respond to her romantically. The character has taken a journey of self-enlightenment.
Of course, I still ship them as friends.
