Motorcycle Tire Repair Gun

Using a Richcat tire repair gun to plug a puncture on a motorcycle tire. This kit is designed for tubeless tires and should only be used as a temporary repair to get you to a tire shop where you can have the tire inspected and patched professionally. They are an emergency backup in case you get stranded with a punctured tire in the middle of nowhere. They are NOT intended to be a long-term or permanent repair and they are NOT designed for racing speeds !. I am only demonstrating how to use the repair kit. • There is evidence of possible structure/internal damage.

There was a tool back in the late 60's early 70's did the same thing but was much simpler to use. You loaded the plug in the gun, screwed on a pointer cap inserted a small plastic tip popped it in the hole forced the plug through bingo tire plugged.

这个过程看起来有点复杂，但是说明书上的步骤每个都有他的道理。最前面的两个步骤，是为了让圆孔均匀且无损地适配蘑菇钉的尺寸。带有毛刺的锉刀可以让圆孔与蘑菇钉的贴合更紧密和可靠。虽然，省略这两个步骤也一样能把胎补好，但是从可靠性、耐久性方面来说，显然说明书要求的步骤更好。
