The first 5 minutes and I get a banger of a tip! The "Trim View" is such a way better way of cleaning the art board than using a "clipping mask" just to see a quick final result. Thank you very much!

Glad you found that tip useful! It’s a handy feature that I don’t think many know about.

This video is the most informational and easy to follow about abstract patterns I could find. Thank you for making it!

This is amazing! Thanks a lot. I really like drawing zentangles with hands. Before this video, I tried it a little differently and the filling areas did not fit together perfectly. And your method worked out great!
    It's a pity that you can't give 10 or 100 likes 😍

I could never say enough times how grateful I am for you taking my design request! I learned a ton of new techniques that I can bring into my fabric patterns. Thank you again so very, very much. Excellent video, super clear in explanations-- as always.

great tut! i ask you, is "outline" the same thing as "expand"? it seems to me that the result is the same, but perhaps i´m missing some information...

You're right! The expand command will also create outlines of strokes for you so in that regard it is the same as the outline command that I demonstrated. However the expand command also has other functionality. For instance if you have a gradient or a blend in your artwork you can "expand" those effects into individual paths. It's pretty common in Illustrator for there to be multiple ways to achieve the same result. This is one of those cases :)
