I love this. Ill be a real estate agent soon so im taking notes. My question is, what if you made all these promises to a seller and then the property doesn’t sell or you get to a point where you have to do a price reduction? How do you deal with frustrated clients?

How in the WORLD does a 1 guy + assistant team manage 90+ listings?! I'd love some clarity on how he organizes the call lists he creates from mls ex/wd. Written in a notebook? Added to crm, gmail streak? I don't understand the transition of getting the lead data to calling, recording, etc. I did get the part on adding each to gm calendar for FU.
There is a lot left out here…

I have one concerned..let's suppose I did my CMA and made conclusion that I can sell a particular property at xyz price and said that to seller confidently I will sell at this price. But what if we are not getting enquires or offers in a month. What to do at that moment because we already pomised and convinced the seller at the beginning that I will sell at xyz price??

So do you just go to a listing/preview appointment with a fully written out listing agreement and leave the sellers info blank? How do you close the deal or do you invite to office etc.
