Hi Emily, that would depend on how much work the clippers are doing. I do mine every 3 months and I'm clipping 4 dogs a day, 4 days a week, BUT, I am extremely pedantic about my prep. The dogs I use the clippers on are squeaky clean and bone dry before I start. If you're doing pre-bath clip offs (no longer recommended) then you can half that time, ditto working with very heavily matted dogs.
