Thank you, Nancy. I carefully adjust all sound tracks using Fairlight and test the sound reception on a good pair of Creative speakers, gaming headphones and pro-grade sound editing headphones. On those sound devices, the sound tracks are well balanced. I think your sound issue may relate to either bass attenuation or cheaper speakers. If you have small speakers (like the ones often found in monitors and cheaper desk speakers), they don't project bass very well, and also bass can be attenuated in your sound settings. My voice has a lot of bass in it, so if the bass is lost, my voice will lose clarity. Make sure your sound card is set to allow full bass, and test the sound with different speakers or--better--try a pair of good quality head phones.
