I thought the whole point of having an NTRIP caster is to reduce ones equipment usage to one device only i.e. the rover?
Also, does using this caster mean that my base coordinates are precise but not accurate?

I think it can help with increasing range, using multiple rovers from different manufacturers, and using rtk drones. The base can be setup ontop of a known benchmark

Hi Roberto! The Emlid Caster works as a pipeline that supplies corrections from your base to your rover via the Internet. So to use the Emlid Caster you should have your own base and rover, an Internet connection.
