He may not drop 20 points a game but hes a very smart, athletic, and hustling player that does every single little thing right off the Box Score to help his team win. There are very few NBA role players with his skill set, especially the guard spot. I thought Pat Connaughton was his closest comparison, but Caruso is the better defender, play-maker, passer, and arguably brings more energy. He just needs to be a more consistent outside shooter.
