Reimplementation of Star Wars Epic Duels according to Restoration games. Loosley imho. Rob Daviou designed both. I have Epic Duels. Haven't played it in a while. People pay good money for it. I got it for about $25 the day it came out. I haven't gotten around to this game. Sinbad looks like Randy Macho Man Savage which maybe he should be with Miss Elizabeth as his side kick.
Haven't played duels althoug heard good things about it. That being said, Unmatched is incredibly fun. I've been able to introduce it easily because of it's minimal rules and thus get some fun interactions out of people who dont normally play board games
1) Your character is ranged, you benefit from space, so you move around. 2) Your character has less life points, if you get next to the other and just hit each other, you would lose; hence, you move around. 3) Some characters benefit from moving to increase attack power and/or defense. 4) Basic tactics. You want to attack from a beneficial position. aka: not get surrounded, avoid being trapped, ability to escape, etc. 5) You have greater speed, and it means you can move farther/faster than your enemy. You can benefit from that. 6) As in real life, you move around when you are fighting. Have you ever seen a boxing match? MMA? Even in close quarters you need space to maneuver.
Yup. I want this and all it’s expansions.
Concise and easy to share! Thanks for making this! For my friends with short attention spans this is easier to get them to watch haha

That's how any battle and game works both in history and warfare, and in long time classic games.
