A walk around the Newport Beach city hall

The team of architects from Bohlin Cywinski Jackson aimed to provide a civic center that would be an inspiring place for the community to converge and to provide a transparent civic institution. Despite some of the negative views on the construction cost, It works well and it is interesting to explore.
