The camera was abused during shipping which messed up it's auto stabilization feature. We have sense removed the camera from use.

Auto Image Stabilization crapped out on the camera. Not completely his fault. I use a shoulder rig usually to keep things stable.
A couple of times there was a dumbass standing next to the rope while it was in use. Great way to get whiplashed or worse if it breaks
