Pro tip, hold shift when you are wanting to change a bunch lines from score to cut, hold shift, click on each line you want to change once highlighted then change from score/scribe to cut -- etc . much less clicking and way faster :) also, how do you get on group that helps x tool make xcs better ? I was a cnc programmer for years and xcs has so many things that would make things SO much more efficient :)
hey, thanks for your nice video :), is it better to seal it after draw on the wood with markers, I am a bit afraid that it will wash down if it rains ore something?
I’ve wore them in rain unsealed just fine. I’ve have also finished them with a little UV Resin or mod podge. Both with excellent and give shiny finishes. Hope that helps. 💕
Yes I’ve cut xtool acrylic using the recommended settings. DO NOT walk away from it, and make sure you have cleaned debris! Happy to help more on FB Creative Friends Decant, as seeing what’s going on helps and Facebook allows you to share pictures.
I loved your video! My M1 is coming in the next week. :) The Ohuhu paint pens you recommended are sold out in the U.S. Do you have a recommendation for an alternative paint pen?
I’m using xtool wood linked in the description. I’ve used a few things from Menards but I’ve really been too busy to deal with testing. The xtool wood cuts consistently. That’s important to me.
xcs made easy! Find me to be the first to know!
The decimal thing in creative space was driving me nuts - thank you thank for getting me a work around!!
Happy to help! I had the SAME feeling. So annoying 🫠.
This is just what I was looking for to start my lazer engraving business. So thank you so much for making this video for me. I am super grateful. 😊❤❤
I’m showing it’s an xcs file and still working. Please join our FB Creative Friends Decant or email at creativefriendsdecant@gmail.com
Your earrings are so fun!
Thank you! It’s a simple XTool creative space design to make. 💕
Thank you for sharing, nice video very informative.
You are very welcome. Thanks for watching

X-Tool occasionally ask on the FB group by them, however I haven’t seen it for awhile.

Thanks a lot.❤ This really helps me 😊
Have you tried to cut acrylic? I’m having trouble finding the correct power and speed

These are actually my new favorite, they are a little more but they are better. amzn.to/47oIviJ
Sorry I missed your comment and it’s been a bit.
Hi I have D1 10watt also. Does the spacers between your honeycomb and the spoil boards really make a difference?
I think so! I found less burn on the edges after I used it.
Nice video. How thick is the wood and how long does it take before the colors fade for the markers?
I use 3mm wood and so far I don’t have any fading. I do not think they will fade, mine are going in 6 months no fade
Hey!!! Great video what wood are you using??

Hi! I love your video 😊 did you have any issue with the wood breaking off the earring backing?
At first I did!!! Then I switched glue, I’ve not had issues since. Let me get you a link!

These are really nice ear ring files and I would really like to download these them but the download does not work. Pleas can you fix this?
Oh no!! That’s so crazy because I’ve not touched it since I fixed it for another viewer. I’ll look into this ASAP!
You might try putting in 0.5. That will probably work.
You are genius 🤦♀️😂🤯🤯🤯 I never place the 0 first. Thanks for the advice
Do you seal your earrings?
I’ve done both, left as is and sealed with UV resin. Depends on what look I want.
Do you seal them?
No, I don’t always! UV resin is my favorite way if I choose to seal them.
MY imported earings go to engrve and not to cut. how do I fix this?
Let me check the file. And we will go from there. Thanks!!
I just tested. It’s working for me in Creative Space. What’s not working for you?
Check the outside lines. The circle lines.
@@creativefriendsdecant I apologize. I got a file online at another store and it only engraves. How do I make it cut?
How do I get your files?
Tom I’d recommend contacting the designer or posting some screenshots in our FB group. Then I can take a look. My files are on XTool Community
